Requirements

• Min. D3 major in Information Technology
• 3 years of experience as IT support or IT Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and preferable have experience managing cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Understanding of networking protocols and services (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g SolarWind, Nagios, Zabbix).
• Language Indonesia and English (passive).
• Work Location : Jakarta  

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support yo end-users and resolving technnical issues.
• Conducting reguler system maintenance and backups.
• Troubleshooting network and connectivity issues.
• Collaborating with IT team to design and implement new systems and solutions.
• Escalating complex technical issues to IT manager as Required.
• Monitor system perfomance and troubleshoot issues to ensure availability aligned with system planning.
• Apply OS patches and upgrades on reguler basis.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.
• Collaborate with vendors and other IT professionals to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Generate reguler report covering capcity, availablity and issues
• Monitor Server Room Environment and facilities (Fire/smoke/Water leakage) and Power Supplies (UPS), and escalate should there are related issues.
